Itinerary

  • Day 01: Arrival in Barbados, meet and greet

    You arrive on the lovely island of Barbados to begin your week of nonstop enjoyment. We will pick you up at Grantley Adams International Airport and transfer you to your hotel to settle in. Then we collect the group and begin to form long-lasting friendships.

  • Day 02: Island tour and fete one

    Today we take in some of the sights in Barbados, then get back and get ready to attend our first fete.

  • Day 3 to Day 5: Fete, Foreday morning, fete

    Cheers to team #nosleep. During this time we attend the different events on your itinerary including Oistins for their signature Fish-Fridays. On Saturday morning we head out early to party with Caesar’s Army at their famous A.M. Bush event. After that, we head back to our accommodations to change and get ready for more feting.

  • Day 6: Kadooment Day

    The day we have all waited for has arrived. We put on our full costume, then head out to pound the pavement to the sounds of sweet (Bashment) Soca music.

  • Day 7: Depart Barbados

    We hug, cry and say our goodbyes while reflecting on the memories created during the past seven days. We drop you off safely to the airport so you can catch your return flight. The tabanka is real.

How to get around Bridgetown
The nearest airport is Grantley Adams International Airport, located approximately 30 minutes east of the city centre. Upon arrival, Bridgetown offers affordable and reliable public transport services. The most common way to get around the island is by bus.The large public buses can be identified as blue buses with yellow striped sides. They service every major route in rural and urban areas of Barbados. You can also find privately owned minibuses, which are yellow with blue stripes; as well as “ZR Vans”, which are white with maroon stripes.

When is the deadline to book a Carnival Utopia experience? Registration usually closes one month before the start date of the experience.
How do I pay my installments? You may login to your CARNIVAL UTOPIA account at any time to make a payment towards your package.
Do you offer payment plans? In the event you are unable to pay for your experience in full, you can use our simple payment plan.
What is the Barbadian conversion rate? The currency of Barbados is the Barbadian Dollar (BBD). The Barbadian Dollar is converted at a rate of $1.98 (BBD) to $1.oo (USD). The Barbadian Dollar is fixed to the U.S. Dollar and do not fluctuate. U.S. currency is accepted across the island and most stores and restaurants accept major credit cards.
